Our Firm

Established in 2011, Kubed Legal has grown into a successful boutique law firm. Our clients range from national franchisors, multi-unit franchisees, SME’s, private clients and entrepreneurs to one of Australia’s larger publicly listed companies.

In 2013, Georgie Jensz joined the firm as a Principal. With over 15 years’ experience in some of Australia’s largest national law firms, Georgie sought a positive and refreshing change to the way law is delivered – Kubed Legal.  Georgie has led the firm since 2016 and believes each new phase in the development of our firm offers our clients a new perspective, fresh ideas, and builds on our knowledge and expertise.

Georgie is actively involved in all matters, leading a committed and talented team of Melbourne Lawyers who thrive on the complexities of the law and the challenges of the economic environment. We appreciate that each client brings something different to Kubed Legal and encourage our staff to continually develop their professional and personal interests.

Our fees are flexible which means we can structure them according to your needs. Depending on the services involved, you can engage us under an agreed retainer (usually monthly), you can pay one fixed cost or an hourly rate.

We enjoy our work and work with clients we enjoy. We will work collaboratively with you to ensure you do what you do best – getting on with your business.

Georgie Jensz

PRINCIPAL

With over 15 years’ experience in some of Australia’s largest law firms, Georgie has extensive experience in commercial law, franchising, property, litigation and insurance law. Realising there was much more to life than working in a traditional law firm, she sought a positive and refreshing change to the way law is delivered – Kubed Legal. She delivers a unique blend of savvy technical expertise with a no-nonsense commercial and client focused approach. Her clients range from national franchisors, multi-unit franchisees, SME’s and private individuals to one of Australia’s largest public listed companies.

Georgie genuinely likes and cares about her clients and their business. They’ll tell you she says it straight and won’t waste your time with technical legal jargon- so you can get on with business.

stephanie wilson

Stephanie Wilson

LAWYER

Stephanie joined the Kubed Legal team in mid-2019.

She graduated at the end of that same year with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts and completed her Practical Legal Training at the College of Law. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as a lawyer in February 2021.

Stephanie enjoys problem solving and is passionate about using her knowledge to assist our clients. Outside of work, Stephanie takes delight in travelling, the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Qualifications: LLB/BA (Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts – Double Major in Public Relations and Journalism, Deakin University)

Lulu Morton

PARALEGAL

Lulu joined the Kubed Legal team in 2023.

She is currently in her third year of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Global Studies at Monash University. Specialising in International Relations, Lulu is also interested in the law of Intellectual property.

Lulu is committed to providing clients with professional and proactive assistance to efficiently satisfy their legal needs. She is keen to work closely with the Kubed Legal team to develop further her ability to deliver comprehensive legal support to a variety of clients.

Outside of study and work, Lulu enjoys playing Netball, spending time with family and friends and listening to music.

Jenna Healy

PARALEGAL

Jenna joined the Kubed Legal team in 2023.

She is currently in her penultimate year of a Bachelor of Laws and International Studies at Deakin University. She also has a keen interest in specialising in Property and Commercial Law.

Jenna is efficient and goal orientated with a strong ability to adapt to the needs of clients and her team. Her focus is to learn from and grow within the Kubed Legal team, providing administrative and legal assistance.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys reading, learning about history and politics and going surfing.
